At Behavioral Transformations, we provide high-quality, heart-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team serves clients in both clinic and in-home settings, creating individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful growth for each child and their family. Position

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and supervise RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on quality care and professional development. Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions with clients Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data Support parent training and family education initiatives Provide clinical support and mentorship to RBTs Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and staff development Ensure therapy aligns with the mission of “therapy with heart” Requirements

Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and their families Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Skills & Qualifications
