Vaco has partnered with a dynamic and growing company in Midtown Atlanta to fill an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is critical to the success of the accounting team and will focus on managing the full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, vendor communication, payment execution, and credit card reconciliations.

Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management Familiarity with 3-way match and AP best practices Experience in high-volume AP environments Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle - preferred) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus) Excellent communication and time management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) The salary range for this role is $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
