Key Responsibilities
Lead financial operations for the North American region, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead preparation of monthly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and supplemental reporting
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Manage accounts receivable processes including collections, credit management, and cash application
Manage accounts payable operations including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling
Ensure timely and accurate payments while optimizing cash flow and working capital
Support Global Treasury with cash forecasting support
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate policies
Lead audits and regulatory reporting
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting functions
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Support the value creation office to drive automation, process improvements and finance transformation to further drive efficiencies and cost savings
You Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in financial management preferred
5+ years of managerial experience preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX
Experience in global manufacturing preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficency in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
Proficiency in SAP preferred
Proficiency in OneStream preferred
