Overview
Senior Account Executive First year potential total compensation is $80,000 Base Salary of $40,000.00 to $47,500.00 depending on experience. First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $80,000 (approximate) Additional earning opportunities are uncapped; the overachievement opportunity has an accelerator. Additional manufacturer incentive programs are also available. As the Outside Sales Executive, you will be accountable for selling our full line of office solutions, including multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions (eBRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage), as well as other non-Toshiba products within the Central, MS territory. In this role, you will contribute to bringing innovative, real-world solutions for our clients by helping them cut costs, secure documents, and reduce their environmental footprint. Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads. Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products. Drive net new business through prospecting and high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns. Work with clients to understand objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where opportunities exist. Develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and client training. Act as an ambassador and representative for Toshiba. Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objective-identify key areas of opportunity for new business. Conduct sales reporting as required. Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 2 or more years of successful outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment. Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting. Ability to travel as required. Valid Driver's License. What's in it for you?
