ABOUT THE ROLE The role of a Constructability Detailer is integral to ensuring the accuracy and constructability of project designs before they reach the field. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, a deep understanding of departmental processes, and adherence to redlining protocols and CEI Installation Standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing Constructability SOW checklists, populating and updating the Redline Drawing log, reviewing specifications and submittals, schedules and attending weekly issue log meetings, and assisting with RFIs. The role also involves maintaining document control, ensuring compliance with installation standards, addressing bulletin updates and added scope, and effective communication with project management, field operations, BIM, and other departments. Proficient in software applications and platforms including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Comprehensive knowledge of departmental processes, redlining protocols, document management, and CEI Installation Standards. Review specifications and submittals using the Bluebeam Specification & Submittal Review Profile; document issues in the Issues Log for project team resolution. Assist the project management team with RFIs, including verbiage and supporting documents. Review current contract drawings, generate redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets per redlining protocols; document issues in the Issues Log for project team resolution. Distribute redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets; notify the project team of saved locations. Update the Redline Drawing log as redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets are generated or revised. Populate Conduit schedule. If BIM is required, assist with the BIM Specification Sheet and Installation Drawing Checklist; attend BIM coordination meetings as needed; follow up after redlines to address constructability issues. Review all Installation Drawings generated from the model. Maintain weekly time entry into JDE and save timecards to the designated folder. Maintain clear, consistent communication with the project team; act as a mediator between engineering, project management, field operations, BIM, and Prefab departments when needed. Maintain document control by adhering to the department’s folder structure and naming conventions. Ensure latest CEI Installation Standards are followed and serve as a resource for standardization; address bulletin updates and added scope, obtain PM approval for rework when required, and update related folders and logs. Provide a ROM if requested and coordinate with BIM for applicable items. Coordinate with BIM if applicable. Knowledge

– Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). ABOUT YOU To perform effectively, you need the following knowledge and skills: Construction Expertise Electrical Trade Experience Ability to interpret drawings Ability to comprehend specifications and submittals Strong constructability knowledge Problem recognition and solving Understanding of project schedules Knowledge of CEI Standards Technical Skills Software Proficiency: Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud Document Management: Knowledge of document control systems and protocols Departmental Knowledge Redlining Protocols CEI Installation Standards Project Management Checklists and Logs: Review and populate Constructability SOW checklists and Redline Drawing logs Estimates and Schedules: Develop preconstruction estimates and schedules and manage issue logs Communication and Coordination Effective communication with project management, field operations, BIM, and other departments RFI assistance and supporting documents BIM coordination: Attend BIM meetings and address constructability issues Document Control and Compliance Document control: Follow folder structures and naming conventions Compliance: Ensure adherence to CEI Installation Standards Additional Responsibilities Bulletin updates Weekly updates: BIM Hub updates and time entries This role requires a combination of construction expertise, technical proficiency, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure accurate and constructible project designs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. High School Diploma or equivalent Licensure/Certifications:

Valid Electrical License or Certificate Experience:
