Sr. Account Supervisor, Consulting at Playfly Sports, New York, NY. Hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities
Establish and lead the relationship with key stakeholders across the brand and their college sports partnerships while managing long-term and short-term deliverables Immerse in the client’s brand, business and category, operating as an extension of their team to craft strategies that positively impact objectives and KPIs Manage and grow junior account team members servicing the client in research, valuation, strategy development, concept development, partnership activation, measurement, etc. Lead client onboarding, including development of timelines and action plans Leverage research and insights to guide client-specific strategy development Develop client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and recaps Manage concept development and ideation for client activation platforms Support negotiations with client partners and vendors Coordinate with Playfly legal for client agreements and partner contracts Develop and maintain relationships with key client executives across the brand ecosystem Develop mastery of Playfly’s valuation methodology to build client strategies Manage profitability by developing and negotiating statements of work and ensuring on-budget delivery Coordinate cross-collaboration with relevant Playfly divisions as necessary Collaborate with the client’s agency partners where applicable Build relationships with leaders across Playfly Support other brand consulting clients and participate in internal brainstorms as needed Other job-related duties as assigned What You’ll Bring
6-8 years of relevant work experience in the sports sponsorship industry or related field Bachelor’s degree or higher Strong experience in sponsorship marketing (sports, entertainment, lifestyle); agency experience preferred Strong knowledge of sponsorship valuation and measurement Experience in isotonic or non-alcoholic beverage category is a plus Experience as a project lead with client-facing responsibility and managing multiple team members Passion for sports and entertainment marketing Clear and effective communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic; ability to work independently and deliver results Strong leadership and teamwork with ability to collaborate and maintain relationships Creativity and comfort with sharing ideas Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Travel, Lifting, Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk stairs Out-of-state travel may be required; likely not more than 15-20% Must be willing to work out of client’s New York office several times per month May require working nights and/or weekends if needed (not a standard expectation) Some physical exertion up to 30 lbs may be required for onsite activations Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation is based on factors including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location. The Base Pay Range For This Role Is: $90,000—$110,000 USD What We Do
