Assist with vendor onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and smooth setup Review P-card transactions for accuracy in coding and policy compliance Work in coordination with accounting, business and finance teams Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement and payables process Maintain high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and service Work on additional projects as needed You’ll need:
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Strong organizational skills — you're the type who loves a checklist A collaborative, team-first mindset Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends) A proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new things Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal What's the team like?
In this role you will report to the Director of Accounts Payable Procurement The team is incredibly collaborative and resourceful The Specialists on this team who succeed are detail-oriented team players with exceptional work ethic that can research problems, drive resolutions, and quickly build relationship across the organization
