Overview
Accounts payable Specialist – Part Time Position Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 12 Months Contract • Total Hours/week: 20 • 1st shift Description: Part-time accounting professional responsible for timely and accurate completion of day-to-day accounts payable activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines. May have some scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring day-to-day accounts payable activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Assist the team lead in monitoring the overall process, scheduling team work and timelines, and providing process expertise to resolve issues and inquiries regarding accounts payable activities. Work in close coordination with other teams to meet delivery expectations across teams and functional areas. May participate in process improvement activities for the assigned team, function, or across functions. Qualifications & Skills
B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred. High School Diploma or GED may be considered with a minimum of 4 years related experience. Minimum 1+ years of office/clerical, call center and/or data entry experience with 3+ years accounts payable vendor invoice processing experience in SAP 4.0 and 6.0 environments preferred. Experience in internal and external communication and problem solving preferred. Fluent English required; bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is a plus. Other Details
