Part-Time Accounting Bookkeeper
for our OpCo,
Gravity Networks . The Bookkeeper will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end closing to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies. About Gravity Networks

Responsibilities
Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly Manage accounts payable and receivable Generate and send client invoices, including recurring billing Track and follow up on receivables Assist with payroll and employee expenses Maintain vendor and client records (W-9s, 1099s, etc.) Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting Coordinate with team for accurate time tracking Prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with MSP business models and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus The targeted base salary is $50,000 per year, operating out of Salt Lake City, UT, approximately 30 hours per week.
