We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

Provide financial analysis with a focus on EBITDA performance, work with the operational side of the business to monitor the impact of operational changes on financial performance. Act as a true business partner to operations and as a systems expert to the Finance Director.

About You

Weekly & monthly EBITDA & WC reporting

Reforecasting processes, both weekly and monthly

Consolidation of division financials

Systems expertise & business intelligence

Market/industry analysis

Commercial support

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility for weekly sales and margin reporting, including dashboard management, issue resolution, and ensuring accurate forward views.

Chair and support weekly dashboard calls, ensuring reporting reflects the latest data.

Act as the FP&A expert for ERP and consolidation systems.

Utilize BI solutions to align reporting structures within a global matrix.

Support the Finance Director in driving reporting efficiencies to reduce manual efforts.

Provide financial support for key commercial accounts, attending meetings as needed.

Prepare and support sales and margin re-forecasts, ensuring understanding and support within the FP&A group.

Assist the wider FP&A team on time-sensitive projects.

Participate in departmental and company improvement activities.

Support customer profitability analysis as required.

Timely, high-quality reporting

Expanded systems knowledge, including OS & TM1

Forecast accuracy and early risk/opportunity identification

Qualifications and Experience

Degree-level education

Extensive experience in a computerized accounting environment

Significant experience in financial procedures within an operations context

Competencies and Behaviors

Effective written and oral communication skills

Ability to build relationships at all levels

Experience with computerized accounting systems

Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency

Experience with systems like OneStream is advantageous
