$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr We are currently partnered with a $250B AUM alternatives asset manager looking to expand their Investor relations team by bringing on an Analyst to cover a BDC product. The Investor Relations Analyst will be a key member of the Investor Relations & Client Services team, focused on supporting the operational and service-related aspects of our investor experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual looking to build a career in investor relations within the alternative investment space. Responsibilities
Investor Communication & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries related to account activity, performance, reporting, and operational matters. Coordinate responses to ad hoc investor requests and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). Reporting & Operations: Support the preparation and distribution of quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, performance updates, and other client deliverables. Assist with the onboarding of new investors, including KYC/AML and documentation processes. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of fund performance data to internal stakeholders and third-party platforms. Data Management: Maintain and update investor CRM systems and reporting tools with current client information and communication history. Collaborate with fund accounting, legal, and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with investment teams, finance, and operations to gather necessary inputs for client updates. Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and conferences in partnership with senior IR professionals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client service, or operations within a wealth manager, asset manager, fund administrator, or similar financial services environment. Strong understanding of financial concepts, performance metrics, and fund structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and investor reporting tools is a plus. Job details
