As an Acquisition Analyst, you will report directly to the Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions. With the team's ambitious growth plans over the next few years, you will gain invaluable exposure to the retail space and play a crucial role in supporting the firm's ongoing success as a leading real estate investment and management company. Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Modeling: Evaluate potential acquisitions through detailed financial analysis and modeling. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments of target companies. Market Trend Evaluation: Analyze industry dynamics to identify acquisition opportunities. Investment Presentations: Prepare and present investment memos to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure smooth transactions. Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating acquisition deals and conducting risk assessments. Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and financial modeling abilities. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Argus software. Additional Details
