The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. You will lead, gain deep industry insight, and continue to grow relationships with clients, with access to resources and executive leadership support. Responsibilities
Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships. Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end. Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. Continue learning the latest developments and the firm\'s standards and policies. Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client\'s competitive position. Qualifications
5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience. Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech clients. Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills. Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues at all levels. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements concurrently. Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on tasks. Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to obtain a reciprocal license. Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites. Our Values and Compliance

The wage range for this role is estimated at $81,000.00 - $192,000.00 per year, depending on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and location.
