Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships. Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to team members after engagements conclude. Anticipate and address client concerns; resolve problems as they arise. Promote new ideas and business solutions that expand services to existing clients and grow expertise. Continue learning the latest developments and the firm\'s standards and policies. Stay informed on industry developments and their effects on clients\' competitive position. Qualifications

5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience. Experience in external audit with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, & Fintech clients. Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills to work efficiently with multiple engagements and teams. Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues. Ability to multi-task across planning, execution, and wrap‑up of engagements. Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on assigned tasks. Licensed CPA in the aligned home office state or able to obtain a reciprocal license. Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites. Compensation & Benefits

The wage range for this role is estimated at $81,000.00 – $192,000.00 per year, with compensation decisions based on factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Geographic differential may apply. About Crowe
