The Financial Controller is responsible for overall leadership of the Finance department, including overseeing financial accounting and reporting, ensuring controls and compliance are in place, driving forecast/budget processes at the site, leading responses on local tax issues, providing financial analysis and insights to the plant GM to drive efficiency and enable resource allocation, and managing profitability and cash flow generation of the site. Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to the Site GM on all site-related financials including compliance and controls, resource allocation, productivity and efficiency. Drive and support strategic planning including the forecasting/budgeting processes and the setting of operational targets aligned with strategic goals. Responsible for maximizing site profitability and cash generation. Represent the Company in interactions with local authorities, minimizing risks and maximizing returns. Build and develop a strong, professional, high-quality finance department. Business Partnering

Ensure processes and resources are in place to provide analysis to understand production variances and work with production team to ensure accurate valuation of inventory. Provide support to Site GM to drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives and best cost of production processes. Support Operations to align manufacturing resources against market demand. Be a key member of Continuous Improvement programs. Rigorous evaluation and monitoring of capex investments at the site to ensure resources are allocated to projects that bring good returns to the company and group. Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of financials. Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, customs and other regulatory requirements. Act as site compliance officer on KYC/KYS/AML or other group compliance policies. Establish SOPs and interface with all departments such as Operations, Supply Chain and HR. Internal controls and ensuring control standards are followed. Forecasting / Budgeting

Work across functional teams to elevate their understanding of performance and identify steps to improve forecast accuracy. Lead forecast/budget variance commentary and reporting. Target areas of expense overruns/inconsistencies and implement corrective measures. Team Management

Coach, mentor and guide the finance team to establish clarity of roles and responsibilities and the overall direction with the team members. Support the Managing Operation - Financial Controller in driving a collaborative and supportive team environment that delivers results. Set development plans and execute them for operational team members to improve organizational ability and keep talent as succession plan. Qualifications and Education Requirements

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance related. At least 10 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of processes and costing of products in a global manufacturing environment. Ability to operate across different cultures in a matrix reporting structure and report to a senior level outside the country. Good communication and influencing skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to lead and drive actions to achieve site goals. Proven track record of delivering results in a high growth environment. Strong exposure to financial controls; budgeting, forecasting and management reporting; and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Familiar with SAP ERP system. Experience in data management and analysis, including use of BI reporting and finance systems. Knowledge of treasury, tax, transfer pricing and compliance. Exposure to IFRS GAAP reporting would be considered advantageous. Compensation:
