has partnered with an
Ultra-Luxury Private Golf Club and Residential Community
to recruit an accomplished
Construction Controller
to oversee the financial management of the club’s
real estate development and high-end residential projects . This key leadership role will be responsible for all
construction-related financial operations , including
budgeting, cost control, forecasting, contract management, and project accounting
for ongoing and future development initiatives. The Construction Controller will play a vital role in ensuring that all projects are delivered
on budget, on schedule, and with full financial transparency . The selected individual will work closely with
ownership, architects, general contractors, designers, and project managers
to provide accurate reporting, maintain financial controls, and guide key decision-making throughout each phase of construction. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of
real estate development accounting
within a
luxury or private club environment . Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial aspects of the club’s
construction and real estate development projects , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Maintain and reconcile
job cost reporting systems
to ensure accurate tracking of all project expenses. Partner with
ownership and executive leadership
to provide clear, timely financial reporting and strategic analysis. Review and manage
vendor contracts, invoices, and change orders
to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with
project managers, architects, and contractors
to align budgets and timelines. Implement and enforce
financial controls and accounting best practices
across all development projects. Prepare
capital expenditure reports
and manage funding allocations for ongoing and future initiatives. Lead audits, financial reviews, and documentation for all active construction projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in
construction or real estate development accounting , ideally within
luxury hospitality, residential, or private club environments . Strong knowledge of
GAAP, job cost accounting, and construction project reporting systems . Proven ability to develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts for multi-phase projects. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on
accuracy and transparency . Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders. Seniority level
