Senior Staff Accountant
for their team. With this opportunity you will focus on the back end processes of payroll—month end payroll accruals, PTO accruals, intercompany journal entries, and validation/data checks for accuracy. Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with the ability to quickly pivot as needed. Responsibilities: Collect, reconcile and record all payroll data, including reconciling payroll and benefit related balance sheets Partner with payroll and IT departments to ensure processed payrolls are accounted for Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Field various ad-hoc requests for data and recording Prepare financial statements, and manage general ledger entries Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3+ years of relevant accounting experience Hybrid work environment Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Human Resources Services Referral notes and additional job postings and notices have been removed to focus on this role.
