Product Analyst

at Infosys. Infosys is looking for a Product Analyst to support our growing PIM (Product Information Management) portfolio. The role acts as the bridge between client stakeholders, business teams and engineering squads to shape and deliver digital products that transform PIM or MDM solutions, enhance customer experience, and drive business performance. Responsibilities

Capture business needs and convert them into actionable user stories. Define the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. Define product strategy, value realization and support continuous delivery as Product Owner. Own and manage the product backlog – writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing based on value. Work with architects, designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Partner with client stakeholders to define product roadmaps, OKRs and success metrics; ensure timely delivery of product increments through sprints/releases and validate outcomes against KPIs. Participate in sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and act as the liaison between business and tech teams. Provide guidance on solution best practices and review of solution design and implementation. Qualifications

Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. 3 years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 3 years of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) – backlog grooming, epic/story creation, prioritization, sprint planning. At least 3 years of experience in PIM/MDM product framework, solution design, APIs and cloud deployment process. Ability to assess feasibility of out-of-the-box product capabilities and maximize usage of standard features. Single owner for overall PIM/MDM solution design including data model, workflow, data quality/governance and data syndication. Define data governance processes, metadata, workflow definitions and authorization models. Define governance rules, industry guidelines and PIM/MDM data flow from source to target. Ownership of data models with appropriate authorization concepts. Gather customer requirements and participate in high-level design to assess functional and technical fit for PIM/MDM products. Participate in review and sign-off sessions on the solution; coordinate design and development with implementation leads. Create data migration strategy aligned with the data model; define migration, profiling and cleansing processes with quality checkpoints. Collaborate with teams to plan sprint-wise feature lists and provide guidance on best practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Retail/CPG/Manufacturing clients and PIM systems (e.g., Syndigo, Riversand, Stibo, Informatica). Knowledge of integration platforms and API-led architecture; experience with data-driven decision making (A/B testing, analytics). Familiarity with design thinking and user-centric product development; data migration strategies for faster rollouts. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma or similar tools. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Voice of the customer mindset; ensure features align with business needs and user pain points. Ensure timely delivery of product increments; participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. About Us
