Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial results and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Partner with various departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to understand business performance and support strategic initiatives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary. Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and strategic planning documents. Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes, and reporting efficiency. Monitor KPIs, cash flow, and business metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead or support special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, pricing strategy, and capital investments. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus). 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Preferred Attributes
Experience in [industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing]. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools. Seniority level
