Perform Fulfillment Diligence: conduct deep-dive diligence on an acquired company\'s fulfillment operations, engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and technology. Analyze Cost Structures: analyze the cost basis and structure of an acquired company\'s customer solutions and pricing, understanding all components of their fulfillment operations to create accurate financial models for standardization during integration. Drive Pricing Standardization: develop a standardized pricing framework for acquired customers to accelerate renewal and integration velocity. Design & Propose Integrated Solutions: design the tailored fulfillment component of the system migration solution and incorporate software and parcel components from other engineers to create the final integrated pro forma. Support Solution Implementation: support the successful execution of system migrations, providing necessary documentation and context for the solution designed. What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or related supply chain roles. Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and external customers. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms. Bonus Points For
Experience with 3PLs, fulfillment operations, and parcel shipping solutions. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment. An understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and cross-functional collaboration in a sales or commercial setting. Seniority level
