The Lilia Caffe is an authentic Italian, neighborhood Caffe. House-made pastries and savory selections coupled with warm hospitality are at the heart of the operation. Caffe team members have a sincere interest in coffee-making, hospitality and small-business operations. Barista experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and take their beverage and food orders. Makes consistent coffee and espresso beverages according to industry standards. Enter guest orders into SALIDO, our POS, and indicate relevant notes upon order. Process payment and fulfill orders (the shift barista will fulfill coffee orders). Communicate guest notes to Management and Chefs. Accept and process online orders in a timely manner. Set-up outdoor Caffe seating and dining room furniture for dinner service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Caffe and outdoor seating area throughout service. Daily product inventory and Department of Health mock walk-throughs. Assist with training new team members.
