About The Role
You will handle a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, working directly with clients to structure and execute deals. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded attorney who thrives in a small-firm setting and is eager to grow their practice. Key Responsibilities
Lead acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (retail/office/industrial), and development transactions Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements Advise clients on entity formation, due diligence, zoning, and title/survey matters Manage financing transactions (construction loans, permanent financing, and refinancings) Build and maintain client relationships with developers, investors, and institutional clients Qualifications
7+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience at a law firm or in-house Strong background in commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, and financing Top academic credentials (JD from an accredited law school, strong academic record) Admission to the state bar (or ability to waive in) Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to originate business (preferred for Junior Partner) Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Compensation & Benefits
