We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to support our brand and agency partners post-sale. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for our partners, from podcast and newsletter advertisers to large-scale brand partners. You will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns after contracts are signed, serving as the primary liaison and working cross-functionally with Good Inside internal teams, for all post-sale needs. This is a Hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan and will report to our Director of Partnerships. What You’ll Own

Assist in the pre-sales process by attending client calls as needed, updating proposals, and tracking deal statuses to support pipeline progression. Complete RFPs for agencies and brands interested in advertising on the Good Inside podcast or newsletter Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for advertisers and agencies post-sale Assist the Director of Partnerships on creating internal and external campaign briefs and timelines for active partnerships Assist in project management of active deals post-sale, acting as the liaison across internal teams (including copywriters, email marketers, and video production) to ensure all deliverables are sent and deadlines are met. Monitor podcast and newsletter campaign performance and delivery, providing timely responses and performance reports to advertisers Track pacing and inventory across products; flag trends and performance shifts to the Director of Partnerships Identify opportunities to update the media kit, adjust pricing or packaging, and open more ad inventory based on performance insights Create clear and insightful post-campaign wrap-up reports for partners with learnings and key metrics Your Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in post-sale campaign management, preferably in podcast or newsletter advertising Understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and delivery reporting Familiarity with podcast ad platforms like Simplecast or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Comfortable working independently and proactively in hybrid setting Owns challenges and drives solutions with confidence Communicates directly and effectively and pursues the truth, even in difficult moments Is motivated and driven by ambitious goals Adapts quickly, taking on various responsibilities with enthusiasm Embraces periods of intensity and knows when to shift gears Is career-driven and aspires to grow Is passionate about Good Inside's mission and eager to make a real impact What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: base salary for this role will be

$105K - $125K
