Overview
MMG is a rapidly growing, independent real estate brokerage & advisory firm that assists owners of multifamily properties in determining the best strategy for their holdings and executing on their behalf in the marketplace. Our approach combines talent, resources, expertise, and access to deliver an elevated experience from acquisition through disposition. This position is a high commission, 1099 contract role.
Responsibilities
Advising clients on real estate trends and their individualized real estate investment strategies
Sourcing new clients and nurturing existing relationships
Representing clients through MMG’s industry best practices to promote real estate investment opportunities and secure advantageous offers
Evaluating clients’ desires and economic capabilities to identify appropriate suggestions
Preparing analyses and communicating client deliverables, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), property comparative reports, and market research reports
Presenting marketing proposals to clients
Marketing and advertising properties through a variety of techniques
Managing the flow of documentation and communication between client, transaction team, extended teams, and external co-brokers
Providing ongoing support with current transactions, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews and financial analysis; scheduling, coordinating, and leading property tours and appointments
Monitoring local market sales and development activity to update client market awareness
Staying current on industry trends using multiple research tools and data sources
Strengthening and coordinating client management and network relationships
Attending networking events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance degrees strongly preferred
Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
Strong research and data analysis capabilities
Positive attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Action-oriented, collaborative, self-starter, and customer-focused
Willingness to travel to property locations within their market
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
