Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and the status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk-related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience supporting product management, risk management or business controls/governance. Strong knowledge of the Credit Assistance business and understanding of the applicable products Self-motivated and strong ability to work autonomously; Ability to grasp new concepts in short timeframes Must be able to adapt to a fast paced/changing environment; flexible to balance multiple needs and competing priorities; and comfortable working with ambiguity Prior experience with Risk Framework, Single Process Inventory, Governance and/or Regulatory process Desired Qualifications
Able to digest complex audit and exam requests and develop creative solution. Ability to multi-task with a high degree of organization within a dynamic fast-paced environment Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline. Previous Audit, Exam and/or Assessment Management experience Shift

US - MD - Hunt Valley - 11333 MCCORMICK RD - HUNT VALLEY II (MD5032) Pay and benefits information Pay range $59,000.00 - $109,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
