Ensure accurate recording of transactions and adherence to GAAP. Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual close tasks, including journal entries and bank transaction processing. Maintain prepaid expense schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare cash account reconciliations and assist with AP, AR, sales, and inter-company reconciliations. Manage fixed assets: track projects, record new assets, calculate depreciation, and reconcile subsidiary accounts. What Experience You'll Have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting 1-4 years of experience in accounting Hands-on experience with month-end close, JEs, and account rec
