Job Summary and Responsibilities
This role will play a critical role in the support of month-end close processes, help maintain compliance with controls and accounting standards, and assist in the preparation, analytics, and review of Circet USA financial statements each month. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Leadership of key accounting processes on the P&L and Balance Sheet for Circet USA Perform month-end close journal entries and control activities and supervise/review staff accountant month-end close work Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and bank accounts Assist in the preparation of company financial statements Be a leadership point of contact for Finance and Operations during close to ensure completeness of the business activity being captured in the financial statements for a given reporting period Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Director of Accounting Use attention to detail and good organizational/time management skills to drive timely and accurate financial reporting Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various systems to support reporting and business decisions
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5 + years of full-cycle accounting experience including some leadership experience is preferred Intermediate proficiency or above in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance or Microsoft D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) preferred Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to lead people and processes which includes; giving performance feedback Circet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disabled.
