Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading global debt/equity asset manager based in Dallas, TX. The team is looking to grow their asset management team, and is looking to bring on additional associates to support the growth of the portfolio. Responsibilities
Support the portfolio of a high volume of complex real estate loans and REO properties Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams. Review loan agreements and monitor covenants. Analyze property and portfolio level financials. Prepare and maintain financial projections. Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity) Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing Strong financial modeling skills Highly motivated, positive attitude, and team player Apply in below to learn more!
