A nationally recognized advisory firm is seeking a Manager to join its Family Law practice within the Forensic Accounting & Valuation team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in financial investigations and valuation, particularly in the context of matrimonial disputes, asset tracing, and business valuations for divorce proceedings. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering expert analysis and testimony, managing sensitive client engagements, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead forensic accounting and valuation engagements related to divorce, separation, and family disputes. Perform business valuations for closely held entities, professional practices, and complex asset portfolios. Conduct lifestyle analyses, income assessments, and asset tracing to support equitable distribution. Prepare expert reports and provide testimony in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys, mediators, and other stakeholders to deliver clear, defensible financial insights. Supervise and develop junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables. Maintain and grow client relationships through trusted advisory and sector-specific expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFE designation preferred. 5+ years of experience in forensic accounting, valuation, or litigation support, ideally within family law. Strong technical proficiency in valuation methodologies and forensic techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to legal professionals and courts. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism. Seniority level
