Shutterstock, Inc. seeks a Data Engineer, Analytics in New York, NY to collaborate with BI analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities

Define requirements with BI analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions. Create measurable online and offline campaign cross-channel marketing campaign objectives and key performance indicators; refine suggested test and learn agendas, key KPIs, and performance targets to define cross-channel marketing campaign success. Support analytical MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) & MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) vendor relationships, including sourcing data inputs, model refreshes, and data integrations to power attribution models. Conduct cross-channel media efficiency analysis and scenario planning, including budget recommendations, allocation and forecasting impacts of marketing investment redistribution. Handle input and export of data, run marketing performance reports, and build dashboard output. Create MMM & MTA measurement strategy, securing cross-team alignment and adoption. Analyze data using marketing vendor interfaces and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics) to evaluate existing and potential online marketing programs. Develop and deliver periodic performance reporting on marketing program performance to leadership. Perform dimensional modeling, data warehouse design, build ETL/ELT pipelines, and end-to-end analytics solutions using Airflow, FiveTran, DBT, and Montecarlo. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control using Github Actions. Perform software and API development using Python. Utilize SQL (Snowflake) and AWS (S3) in executing duties. Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in the stated areas. Work Arrangements

Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Compensation
