IT Analyst ( onsite role for a large law firm environment) Type:
Full-time, Direct Hire Salary:
Up to $85,000 Requirement:
Must have prior experience at a major law firm What You’ll Do
Serve as a key technical resource for end users; resolve tickets quickly and effectively Support meeting and event technology, including video conferencing and client presentations Provide onsite assistance and collaborate with firmwide departments on scheduling and events Install, configure, and maintain standard firm software and hardware Maintain accurate asset records and ensure operational readiness of computers and printers Use ServiceNow to manage ticket lifecycles and communicate updates to end users Support mobile devices, Citrix/VPN remote access, and data security best practices Participate in IT projects, deployments, and training sessions Assist with planned maintenance and respond to outages with clear, coordinated communication Work beyond standard hours as needed; light travel possible Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite ServiceNow expertise Strong skills with MS Teams and remote access (Citrix, VPN) Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, cabling, and connectivity Experience with iManage Work 10 (Document Management Systems) Familiarity with security applications and ITSM principles Excellent communication and customer service skills Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of IT support experience (software, hardware, and networking) 3+ years supporting LAN/WAN environments 3+ years configuring and maintaining Windows endpoints Experience in a major law firm or professional services firm required Apply
