Job Summary The University of West Georgia invites applicants for three acting courses offered in Fall 2024: Voice and Movement II, Acting for the Camera, and Period Scene Study. The courses will be taught on our Carrollton campus (Monday / Wednesday schedule). The fall semester begins August 14 and ends December 13. Qualified candidates will have experience in both screen and stage acting, and they will demonstrate the ability to successfully teach undergraduate Theatre courses. We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to teach all three courses listed above. The University of West Georgia is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre and offers a BFA in Theatre with concentrations in Acting and Design/Technology as well as certificates in Musical Theatre and Arts Management. Teach Fall 2024 acting courses: Voice and Movement II, Acting for the Camera, and Period Scene Study (Carrollton campus) on Monday/Wednesday schedule.
