The Interim Sr. Manager of Labor and Delivery will be responsible for the operations of both the L&D and NICU units and will oversee approximately 140+ direct reports. The role focuses on the quality of care and documentation, patient safety, and ongoing quality initiatives. The Interim Sr. Manager will help improve unit culture and decrease turnover by being present and supporting the staff. Must be able to keep the units functioning by jumping in to help the staff as needed. The ideal leader is flexible, patient, and compassionate with strong communication and listening skills. Availability to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance is required. Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of L&D and NICU units (approximately 140+ direct reports). Prioritize quality of care and documentation, patient safety, and ongoing quality initiatives. Support staff to improve unit culture and reduce turnover. Maintain unit functionality by assisting staff as needed. Demonstrate flexibility, patience, and compassion; communicate effectively with staff. Qualifications
BSN is required. Active RN license is required. Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. Final rate determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.). Base compensation range is a good faith estimate at posting and may be adjusted in the future. Community & Location
