StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00
A California medical center is seeking their next Interim Sr. Director of ED/ICU/Urgent Care!
Position
The Interim Sr. Director of ED/ICU/Urgent Care will be responsible for the day-to-day operations throughout the assigned departments throughout the facility.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Sr. Director will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including staffing, patient experience, and nursing/operational workflows.
The Interim Sr. Director will be involved in evaluating the department's structure and providing input as it pertains to staff performance and departmental growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on staff engagement, quality outcomes, data-driven decision-making, and throughput improvement.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Active CA RN license is required.
Union experience is strongly preferred.
Critical Care experience and/or certification is strongly preferred.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

San Bernardino County is located about an hour outside of the Los Angeles metro area.
The area is home to a live dinner theater, a specialized Arts Facility, Auto Club Speedway, and neighbors Fontana Park, which features a large state‑of‑the‑art community center.
Other attractive sites include the aquatic center, skate park, sports pavilion, and the Lewis Library and Technology Center.
