Base pay $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Territory Management/Account Management:
Detail HCPs on client product attributes to encourage Avène recommendations, develop a strategic territory plan and routing to meet objectives, visit an average of 9 HCPs per day, achieve 75% territory coverage quarterly, record daily call activities and customer history in the CRM (VEEVA), and manage territory administrative tasks (expense reports, weekly activity readouts, customer information, territory budgets). Also responsible for ordering, receiving, and organizing product samples and literature.
Relationship-Building:
Develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and office staff within accounts in the territory; maintain detailed records in VEEVA CRM and collaborate with regional members and internal/external affiliates.
Product/Industry Knowledge:
Maintain extensive knowledge of the Avène product line through continuous learning, including clinical articles, promotional material, technical literature, and attendance at medical meetings, trade shows, and regional/national events.
Travel and Other Requirements:
Travel for sales meetings (up to 2 times per year), regional customer meetings, and within the sales territory as required; able to work weekends as needed for medical meetings; travel overnight; comply with all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines and policies; perform other duties as described.
Required Education and Experience
2 years of pharmaceutical, medical sales or B2B sales experience strongly preferred
Previous Dermatology or skincare experience preferred
Results-focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Keen analytical sense with ability to understand financial concepts
Excellent selling and presentation skills; strong business acumen
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously; strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Strong technical/clinical/scientific aptitude and background
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office and VEEVA CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Employees who do not qualify for a corporate credit card may need to cover travel expenses and submit for reimbursement
Work Environment / physical demands
May lift product samples and literature up to 50 lbs per box/package and handle materials in storage facilities
Regular use of standard office equipment (laptop, iPad, cell phone, printer)
Occasional standing and walking; reasonable accommodations available for disabilities
Travel Approximately 25-40% travel expected.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
This base salary is eligible for bonus, commission, or incentive programs.
