Delta Defense LLC This role provides an uncapped earning opportunity with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. Delta Defense, LLC supports the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) by providing Marketing, Operations and Customer Service. Position Summary This role is not a traditional 9am–5pm schedule. It requires significant evenings and weekends to align with partner ranges and retailers. As a Delta Defense Account Executive, you will build and manage a robust pipeline by developing relationships with gun ranges, retailers, firearms instructors, and small businesses in your territory. You will share the USCCA story in group presentations and use effective closing techniques to provide individuals with USCCA membership education, training, and self-defense liability insurance benefits. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell USCCA Memberships Prospect for new business Build and maintain client base Achieve territory sales goals Travel within your territory and be home most nights (with minimal exceptions) Provide an exceptional new customer experience Territory Atlanta, Georgia Education and Experience / Skills High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred In-the-field sales experience preferred Experience growing a territory through prospecting and pipeline management Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Persuasive presentation skills for diverse audiences Experience in the firearms industry is highly desirable Current firearms instructor certifications or interest in achieving certification is preferred Self-driven, highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam after training Demonstrate Delta Defense core values Compensation and Benefits Base salary $40,000 plus UNCAPPED commissions $5,500 in bonuses upon successful training completion Mileage reimbursement for work-related mileage and car allowance Cell phone allowance Full, comprehensive benefits package Paid training and ongoing development Promotion opportunities Company-provided computer equipment and branded apparel Potential to earn Top Shots Sales trip 23 days of PTO, 8 company holidays, plus paid volunteer day annually $500 annual allowance for personal protection, fitness, and home office Why You Should Work at Delta Defense Fun, fast-paced, rewarding place to work and grow Recognized as a Top Workplace by Newsweek (2023 and 2024) Top Workplaces USA award (2022) and Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing list (14 years) Multiple regional and local workplace awards Base salary is $40,000 plus UNCAPPED commissions.
