This role requires a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in our Boston office. Role Objectives: Represent the company’s products and services with confidence and a thorough understanding of how our offerings solve client challenges. Proactively generate and qualify leads through various outreach methods. Manage inbound interest and transition qualified leads to our sales team. Contribute to refining and improving our lead generation and sales outreach processes. Key Responsibilities: Leverage HubSpot, cold calling, and targeted emails to uncover new sales opportunities. Research target companies and decision makers to tailor outreach effectively. Build trust and rapport with prospects to maintain a healthy and active pipeline. Schedule introductory meetings between qualified leads and sales executives. Track and manage your pipeline, reporting on weekly and monthly progress. Drive smaller product engagements or projects within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the broader sales team to share strategies and optimize performance. Engage in continuous learning on our solutions, industry trends, and effective selling tactics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Proven success in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or SDR role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over phone and email. Proficiency with HubSpot or another CRM platform. Strong analytical mindset and creative approach to problem-solving. High drive for learning and advancement within a sales organization.
