BCG Attorney Search
A prominent law firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ is actively seeking a seasoned Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in Labor & Employment litigation. The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of hands-on experience and demonstrates a practical approach to handling complex employment matters. Candidates with a background in General Liability litigation are also encouraged to apply. This role requires a team player who can maintain client confidentiality, manage case strategies independently, and foster long-term professional relationships.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and develop comprehensive case strategies Draft responsive pleadings, discovery documents, and legal motions Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and negotiations Provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice and strategic guidance Collaborate with clients and internal teams while maintaining a high degree of professionalism Advocate for clients in various employment-related disputes, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims Maintain accurate billing and meet productivity goals Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 4 years' experience in Labor & Employment litigation Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Familiarity with General Liability matters preferred Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and achieve objectives Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications:
Active Bar admission in New Jersey Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Skilled negotiator and effective communicator Adept at using Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with iManage or OneDrive is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Job Location:
