Skilled in stakeholder management; able to influence and partner across HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leadership. Clear communicator with solid written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare case summaries and training materials. Analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using ER data and metrics to surface insights and drive improvements.
