Georgia Banking Company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originators. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a strong network and sales expertise in the mortgage industry. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, guiding clients through the loan process, and building long-term relationships with homebuyers and real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners to generate leads. Assist clients in selecting the right mortgage loan products based on their financial needs. Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Stay up-to-date with lending regulations, mortgage products, and industry trends. Maintain compliance with state and federal mortgage lending laws. Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals Requirements
Active Mortgage Loan (NMLS) License in the state of Georgia (required). Proven track record in mortgage sales, with a strong ability to generate leads and close loans. In-depth knowledge of various mortgage loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans. Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Compensation & Benefits
