Your responsibilities will include: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals. Working alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Being a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Providing product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Creating personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Fostering a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assisting with merchandising and operational functions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Requirements include: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements:
