LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

The firm seeks a skilled Associate Attorney who thrives in a dynamic litigation environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a diverse caseload in general liability and related areas, with the full support of experienced partners and colleagues. This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule out of Bucks County, PA and is available for immediate hire.

What you will do:

Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and client meetings.

Assist with case strategy, mediation, and trial preparation.

Manage an active caseload while ensuring high-quality representation.

Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

What you bring:

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.

Experience in litigation, including case management, discovery, and client advocacy.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Commitment to professional growth and delivering excellent client service.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The role offers a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, with quarterly performance bonuses available. In addition, the firm provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including free outpatient mental health services, as well as retirement savings through a 401(k) plan.
