Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Federal Government contracting experience aligned with the position's service requirements.
Ability to independently initiate, progress, and deliver work by established deadlines, with no more than three delays per year due to oversight or negligence.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work requiring no more than five substantive revisions per year due to negligence or lack of knowledge.
Strong communication skills, with no more than three instances of miscommunication or conflict requiring supervisor intervention per year.
Proficiency in remote work setup, including personal equipment for lifting/moving computers and peripherals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution in any field, including at least 24 semester hours in business-related fields (e.g., accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management). A bachelor's degree in one of these fields satisfies both requirements.
Must pass a background investigation, obtain necessary security clearances, complete IT Security Awareness Training annually, and comply with Rules of Behavior for IT services.
U.S. citizenship or compliance with Department of the Interior policies.
Access to a personal phone during business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
10 years of experience in construction contracting.
3 years of experience in architect-engineer services contracting.
