Provides support to senior bankers. Develop client presentation materials, including background research, analysis and drafting. Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis. Support product partners and monitor the execution process for transactions to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Qualifications

Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred). Work Experience: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with an MBA in Energy Investment Banking. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with preference for Energy experience. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self-starter. Certifications:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions, the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
