Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify leads by understanding their needs and setting up appointments for Account Managers Build relationships with educators and administrators, emphasizing the value of Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and stay informed about industry trends Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including oral presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
