Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify leads by understanding schools\' needs and interests, and set appointments for Account Managers Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote the value of Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efficiency What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with peers, superiors, and customers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
