We’re a high-impact, data-driven team focused on transforming financial experiences through smarter insights and digital strategies. As we transition into a fully digital ecosystem, we’re seeking an analytical leader who can translate numbers into narratives—and insights into action. Overview
The Digital Analytics Analyst will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management, and performance reporting across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of tagging and tracking—from defining data layer requirements to updating and troubleshooting tags in GTM or similar tools. Ideal candidates are hands-on, business-savvy, and able to turn raw data into actionable insights through tools like Power BI. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Own and optimize GA4 setup, including event configuration, goals, and conversions aligned with business KPIs. Lead tagging strategy, implementation, and ongoing tag maintenance using Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar platforms. Ensure consistent, accurate tracking across websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) to visualize performance across digital touchpoints. Analyze customer behavior, user journeys, and drop-offs to identify growth opportunities. Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support data needs and share insights. Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues. Stay current on analytics trends, privacy regulations, and best practices. Experience and Education
5+ years in digital analytics or web measurement, including 2+ years in GA4. Experience managing and maintaining tagging infrastructure (e.g., GTM, custom tagging strategies). Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer behavior, and site optimization. Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally with product and engineering teams. Deep experience in Google Tag Manager, including custom scripts, triggers, and data layers. Experience in financial services, fintech, martech, or high-transaction environments. Working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or similar data platforms. Familiarity with consent management, cookie tracking, and privacy-first analytics strategies. Required Skills, Abilities, Soft Skill Factors
Love transforming chaos into clarity—and broken tags into pristine tracking. Know the difference between a data layer mishap and a real user drop-off. Build dashboards people actually use. Speak both “tech” and “business” fluently. Find satisfaction in getting the details exactly right.
