Regional Dealer Sales Manager - Building Materials. REMOTE Regional Sales Role with 50% travel to dealers. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Lucrative commissions, 401k with 100% company match up to 10%, profit sharing. This role is part of a dynamic Building Materials division in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will manage and lead the regional sales effort, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with dealers and partners. A Bit About Us: Based in Southwest US, seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our Building Materials division. This is an outside sales role with significant travel (50%). Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in building materials or manufacturing. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry, including shutters and doors. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. Benefits
