Our Valuation and Litigation Support Group combines specialized accounting, valuation, and forensic expertise for litigation and non-litigation matters, including business valuations, purchase price allocations, economic loss and damage calculations, forensic accounting, and expert witness testimony.

We are seeking a

Senior Manager or Principal

to join our

Valuation & Litigation Support Group

in

Houston, TX

or

Tampa, FL . This role involves strategic growth and practice development.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to business development by identifying new leads and participating in industry networking.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing communication and identifying new business opportunities.

Serve on professional boards and committees related to valuation and litigation.

Mentor staff to support their career development.

Prepare and review schedules, calculations, work papers, reports, and other deliverables.

Perform financial modeling and analysis.

Apply valuation approaches to various assets.

Prepare supporting documents for cases.

Conduct market and industry research.

Provide court testimony on litigation matters.

Assist in fact analysis and documentation for litigation.

Maintain clear communication with team and clients to manage expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Business Valuation and/or Litigation Support.

Existing client relationships and a book of business.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Business Valuation certifications such as ASA, CVA, or ABV.

Strong accounting, finance, and economics knowledge.

Research, analytical, and financial modeling skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects within strict timelines.
