LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations for a well-established and growing company in the infrastructure and construction services sector. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for overseeing general ledger management, financial reporting, project cost tracking, and compliance with internal controls (SOX 404) and accounting standards. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the accounting team, including general ledger, project accounting, and fixed assets. Oversee the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and support external audit processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives such as ERP implementations and acquisition integrations. Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, MBA, or MS in Accounting preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX 404, and financial systems. Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus. Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Compensation
$125,000- $145,000 Benefits and Other Details
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, and vision. PTO is offered on an accrual basis. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law. Application
